Activity log on Printable Ticket Form

As David wrote on another topic (quoting):

"The "activity log" feature in Help Desk (...) is more to capture what you've done in terms of time and materials tracking. Specifically so you might bill these back to a customer, for instance."

That's exactly what I want to do! Using 3.0.1 I have this question: Can activity log be also included on a printable ticket form? My idea is to attach it to Invoice and Cover letter that are sent to Client.

BTW - In this model having activity log there is much more useful then having detailed history that shows the text of tasks. These are internal comments and I may not want my Clients to read this. In my opinion printable ticket form lists all task names and it is enough here.

BTW2 - Still having problems with Polish coding (iso-8859-2) in pdf - shows question marks instead of Polish original letters. Any ideas?

As for the PDF output, Version 3.1 addresses this for several locales... hopefully yours is one of them!

Updated to 3.1 nad you are right! My feedback, about some problems occured:

1) Polish characters are now OK

2) Activity log is on a PTF (printable ticket form) but only if ticket is assigned to a service contract. No contract - no activity log on PTF :)

3) First page is OK, but in record information only first names ale shown, guess it should be first and last names

4) Page two about service contract - some visual problems with table headings

5) Next pages - activity log - OK but adds additional activity log that is blank

6) Last pages - History - OK
