That's exactly what I want to do! Using 3.0.1 I have this question: Can activity log be also included on a printable ticket form? My idea is to attach it to Invoice and Cover letter that are sent to Client.
BTW - In this model having activity log there is much more useful then having detailed history that shows the text of tasks. These are internal comments and I may not want my Clients to read this. In my opinion printable ticket form lists all task names and it is enough here.
BTW2 - Still having problems with Polish coding (iso-8859-2) in pdf - shows question marks instead of Polish original letters. Any ideas?
