Hi ,
If deploy the connect.war second time after any modifications the set up pages comes again asking for registration,database set up,email server details etc.Once after the set up is done how to bypass these steps.

Check this first... If setup triggers every time you restart Tomcat, then that means that the Java Preferences API is unable to save the preferences. This happens when the system user that runs the tomcat startup does not have a home directory and the java preferences directory has not been explicitly defined in the tomcat startup.
