Just a quick note that we're adding Dimdim to ConcourseConnect 2.0 alpha. It's there for testing and soon we'll have it on the example sites for review. Developers can update to the latest subversion code and try it themselves too. Once installed, just navigate over to a listing's calendar and choose to Add an Event. There you will see an option for establishing a Dimdim meeting.
ConcourseConnect provides:
Schedule a web meeting from any listing's calendar; specify date/time, duration, subject, description and participants
Adding and removing participants before the meeting
Participants are sent an email detailing the web meeting and how to access Dimdim
Participants can login to Connect to indicate Accepted, Declined, or Tentative
Participants can access the meeting by clicking "Join the meeting" on the Calendar page
Dimdim provides:
Desktop sharing
Whiteboard
Chat with voice, text and webcam
Free and paid subscriptions
